METHODICAL COMPLIANCE

The Engineering process

We guide manufacturers and stakeholders through Canadian compliance with structured, non-disruptive engineering reviews. Our process follows our data collection of codes consisting of CSA, ISO, IEC, ANSI, NFPA. From initial physical inspection to sealed P.Eng. reports, we deliver floor-ready safety solutions.

ROADMAP

Three compliance steps

Our structured methodology ensures your machinery meets regulated standard and codes without halting your active production lines.

01 / Inspection

02 / Recommendation

03 / Certification

We perform a detailed engineering review of your machinery to identify safety gaps, compliance issues, and required safeguarding measures. All findings are based strictly on Canadian standards and codes.

You receive a clear, prioritized list of what must be corrected to achieve compliance if needed.

Once all required safeguarding measures are in place, we verify compliance and issue the P.Eng.-sealed documentation needed to place the equipment into service.

Frequently asked questions

When is a PHSR required?

Who conducts the review?

A PHSR is mandatory any time you install or modify equipment and the change introduces one of the regulated hazard categories mentioned under Section 7 of R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 851: INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS

All assessments are performed on-site by licensed Ontario Professional Engineer specializing in industrial machine safeguarding and compliance.

How long does it take?

What if machinery is unsafe?

On-site inspections typically require an hour, with sealed engineering reports delivered within two to three business days.

We provide practical, floor-ready remediation designs to resolve hazards quickly, ensuring your systems achieve compliance without production shutdowns.
